Who doesn’t want this?

Who doesn’t want this?

Do you want to make more use of the genius around you to enjoy work and get better results?

Yes, I guess, that sound great! And it is possible.

The global research of Liz Wiseman shows that the result of different leadership behaviour can lead to 2 times more utilization of the ‘genius” of others. That is why this research, the leadership programs and the leaders who can are called ‘Multipliers’.

A ‘Multiplier’ disposes of a set of important disciplines and practises. The good news is you can develop them within yourself. One of them is pro-actively search for talent and name it. What is special about talent is that many times the person itself experiences it as  very ‘regular’, is not aware of it and for that reason not utilizing it at the fullest.

This is consistent with our Being on Mission method, were we challenge leaders to find and affirm the potential in others so strong, that the owners are able to see and feel it themselves and bring it into practise more. As a result there is a higher job satisfaction, personal growth and better business results.

Being on Mission thinks that good leaders are able to clearly define a problem, bring the right people together and facilitate a process for them to find the solution. The leader doesn’t have to know the solution.

The Multipliers research concludes that you as a leader have the choice to either “be the genius yourself” or “be a genius maker” by facilitating your people to utilize their full potential and show their best thinking. The research concludes that this last approach results in up to 2 times more utilization of the potential.

Both Being on Mission and Multipliers believe that all we do as human beings, so also as leaders, we do with the best intensions. However, many times the effect is opposite from what we expected it to be. And you it can be done differently!

Are you open for some self-examination and action to develop yourself as a leader? If your answer was yes at the start of this blog, it will probably will be yes again right now.

The good news is that Multipliers as well as Being on Mission offer very pragmatic workshops and programs to help you, even within this year, to make steps in your development as a leader.

I, Nicole Loeffen, will be happy to explore your options during an inspirational conversation. So feel free to contact me.
