For Teams

Working with teams we start exploring what is needed together with the manager and a few team members.  What do you like to achieve with this team program? When is it successful?  What do you like to experience different from now during work after the team program?

We regularly work with a variation on  “The 10 Principles of work and life”, named “The 10 habits of High Performance Teams”.  Together we explore what habits may be a lever to lead to for example more engagement, increased work pleasure or improved results.

Imagine team members who take responsibility. Having clear values that are aligned with an explicit vision for the team, in which all team members recognize some compatibility with their personal values. There is a base of trust  that makes it possible to have a healthy conflict  when this contributes to achieve better results together. Engaged team members who are fully committed to “Be on Mission” together by using their full potential and holding each other accountable to come to optimal team results. And last but not least take care to regurarly reenergize as a team and individual.

We explore the potential of the team and the individual team members, and find out how the team can make better use of them. We facilitate you to define a concrete and actionable mission statement for your team.

For Organizations

What themes are relevant in the organization in the field of leadership and change? Together with a reflection of the organization we like to investigate why there is a need or desire for change, what needs to be the effect of this change in the end and what needs to be done differently. To then jointly map out who is involved and to determine how this can be achieved.

When all of this seems clear a clear and understandable story needs to be defined for all employees and optional your customers as well. Next step is to facilitate the management to get commitment to this story and be able to understand it, tell it to their people in a clear and credible way and transform the story to the impact of daily work for the team and each individual. What do we / do I need to do different starting tomorrow? What is needed to realize this?

Our starting point is that the organization needs to be the driver of the change itself, we simply like to facilitate this process where adding value is possible.
