You won’t make the difference with only strategy.
Every company nowadays knows or recently found that out at the moment the results lagged behind. Because a plan, a strategy in itself is something very powerful but it vanishes if you don’t engage your people on how to execute the plan; that is what we call culture and -maybe even more important -if your strategy doesn’t come from a deeply rooted desire what we nowadays call purpose. If all these topics are not interrelated it is hard to call it sustainable. So, let’s make the connection from the heart (the purpose) to the head (the strategy) and the feet (the culture).
In our Being on Mission Program we help you to get clarity on how it works for you or for your company. Be honest, there are lots of translations or interpretations on what vision and strategy and purpose is. We stand for a vision coming from you core values (what is it that drives me towards my future); the why and the how. We aim for strategy as the what.
