I permanently look at situations differently
Thanks to the ‘whole-person’ approach we also paid attention to relaxation, sports and health. The trainers made a strong connection to the participants and were able to flexibly adapt the program to the individual issues that popped up. All together I look back at a spirited, inspiring, profound, challenging week with great results! Recommended for everyone who likes to determine a personal mission and likes to get started!
Now, four years later, I lead several teams and have grown with the organization. Partly because of my participation in 2018, I have begun to look at situations in a permanently different way and have continued to work consciously with my leadership development. I am more aware of my mission and my values and how I can put them into practice. Staying closer to myself also allows me to lead better.
