I just started my very first ‘adult’ job, and I was still searching for what really suits me at the same time.
The timing of weekend for people aged 18-28 was perfect for me. The weekend was intense and gave me lots of energy! The group was nice and cosy, the mutual trust was good, the coaches were always available and helped you were necessary.
In addition, I also know better now what my strengths and passions are and how I need to ensure that all of them can be used. This weekend offered me the hope that I can show the best of myself! I think you can never start to soon to think about personal leadership. I am very grateful that I was allowed to do this and experience it.
