Leadership is a choice. It's not a formal position. Bel met Nicole Loeffen 06-1258 3916
“Main reason for my email is that I wanted to share with you the below achievement which was mainly inspired by your leadership training in November last year in Hamburg. Very happy with what we achieved here with the team and everyone found this quite rewarding. Now it’s time to live it and we plan some re-energising sessions to keep us on track. Thanks again for your valuable guidance and look forward to July.”
“First of all I want to thank you for a really inspiring 4 days. In NY I had plenty of time to let it “sink in”. I’m already experiencing change. No huge big steps, but small important changes that together add up to a significant feeling of difference. My team already noticed some changes in my wording and communications. Next week we will together draw a map and if they feel up to it do a sort of MBTI. Furthermore I will challenge them to challenge me on my MCCL distribution. Less M and more Coaching is what they deserve. Hope to give you some results on these activities (and their effect) when we meet again in December.”
“The mission statement was very helpful for me. It gave me a direction how
to make my own mission statement. It is a good example of how to make it personal with a combination of what is important for me privately and at work. I must say working on my own mission statement I was confronted with some points which needed more attention. Writing these things down on paper makes things clear and helped me to make the right choices. I still use the 10 principles it helps me to keep the right direction and avoids getting of track and not changing the old habits. Thanks!”
…for the best birthday present I’ve ever had. I’ve gone from feeling slightly anxious most of the time to understanding where I am (even if it’s not in control). I know that there’s much to do (probably too much) and it’s got to be done every day but I know where to invest my time, and where to stop just spending it. And I’ve lost weight and feel better into the bargain. And even my wife is being nicer to me! It’s a cliché to say that success is a journey, but you’ve given me a map. Thank-you.”
“Feel more powerful and more energy, two weeks ago we had a meeting and I gave a presentation, one day later CEO called and talked with me about future responsibilities, sounds good. I like to say thank you again for the great week in Boston, stay in touch.”
“A lot of things changed and all for the better. I may not not be completely out of the box but the box is a hell of a lot bigger, so big I do not even notice it.”
“This book gives you a practical journey into the sense of direction and destination that motivates people to establish their goals. Mark combines his sport and life experience into his model and turns it into his first book. ‘Being on Mission’ will give you energy and inspiration and will help people get clear on their vision. It makes you think about what matters most!”
“In Being on Mission the lighthouse is a powerful eye opener for your personal change -go for it.”
“as we all know, leaders are found not only in the workplace, but also in our homes and our communities. Being on Mission is a gift to these leaders as well as to those of us who believe that leaders evolve and that leadership is a journey, not a destination. The book is packed with leadership and relationship principles that can be applied by seasoned leaders, as well as by individuals new to being in a leadership role. The lessons learned from reading the book go well beyond what one learns from a typical leadership book.”
