Leadership is a choice. It's not a formal position. Bel met Nicole Loeffen 06-1258 3916
The BoM Deep training was an eye-opener for me on several areas, professional as well as private. Thanks to the ‘whole-person’ approach we also paid attention to relaxation, sports and health. The trainers Sanne and Nicole made a strong connection to the participants and were able to flexibly adapt the program to the individual issues that popped up. All together I look back at a spirited, inspiring, profound, challenging week with great results!
Recommended for everyone who likes to determine a personal mission and likes to get started!
What a fantastic, profound experience. To feel what your passions, strengths and beliefs are, which choices are important, what should I do less – in brief; What is my mission?
The training week has put me into motion. During the program, a start was made with reflection using a variety of methods. Based on Mark McGregor’s “The 10 Principles of Leadership and Life”. All this in a very pleasant and relaxing environment, including healthy meals and exercise.
The week felt like a kind of pressure cooker, with as the final result the first personal mission statement.
It is up to me now to make my mission statement concrete. I am actually on a mission now! This week I became aware of the value of reflection again.
The personal guidance and approach of both Nicole and Sanne, “Being on Mission” is highly recommended!
“After participating in a masterclass with Mark McGregor in Amsterdam I signed up for the Deep program at the Dutch team. Convinced that change is only possible based upon the Whole person model, like Mark says. See the conjunction of personal, professional, mental, physical, emotional, rational and tackle all of them.
The universal 10 principles helped me to see connections and keep focus.
This Deep program REALLY goes beyond other programms.
Confronting, personal, clear and usable. Working hard and relaxing, to let insights matur.
Nicole and Sanne are masters in guiding this proces. Their personal contribution and approach made the difference for me to become able to learn, grow and get concrete and practical guidance to continue on my expedition of what leadership and life mean for me and realize this.
The best you can wish for yourself if you like to Be on Mission.”
“I am still enjoying the afterglow, thinking over the experience and setting my goals after the impactful 4 days we had last week. It has been so special, it brings me a lot of awareness and I realize that every day again.
I participated with great pleasure in the Being on Mission – Deep training. Based on the 10 principles of leadership and life we have investigated: Where are you now as a person? How do you apply these principles right now? What are your goals? And how will you achieve these goals by applying the 10 principles. Besides learning to know yourself and to understand how you have been formed, you also learn who ore what is standing in your way to move ahead. What, who or which thoughts are holding you back in realizing your goals? We worked with different models, exercises, open conversations and coaching conversations. The long and good experience of Nicole and Sanne challenged us to recognize and break trough (thinking) patterns. To become more conscious in a fine, confidential environment
is helpful to create and shape your “Being”and future. Let yourself be surprised by yourself! “
“The Being on mission program should have crossed my path earlier. I participated in lots of leadership- and coaching programs in the past…this 4-day training is the best experience I ever had. It was very worthwhile, personal as well as professional.
Being on mission is an impressive, intense and intensive program in which theory and practice are alternated in a pleasant way. With group assignments and individual coaching, both very clear and useful. It ensured me that I am ready for the next step. I cleaned up my mess and redecorated my house.
Thank you Nicole en Sanne for your enthousiasme, professionality and en inspiration, you are great trainers!”
“Main reason for my email is that I wanted to share with you the below achievement which was mainly inspired by your leadership training in November last year in Hamburg. Very happy with what we achieved here with the team and everyone found this quite rewarding. Now it’s time to live it and we plan some re-energising sessions to keep us on track. Thanks again for your valuable guidance and look forward to July.”
“First of all I want to thank you for a really inspiring 4 days. In NY I had plenty of time to let it “sink in”. I’m already experiencing change. No huge big steps, but small important changes that together add up to a significant feeling of difference. My team already noticed some changes in my wording and communications. Next week we will together draw a map and if they feel up to it do a sort of MBTI. Furthermore I will challenge them to challenge me on my MCCL distribution. Less M and more Coaching is what they deserve. Hope to give you some results on these activities (and their effect) when we meet again in December.”
“The mission statement was very helpful for me. It gave me a direction how
to make my own mission statement. It is a good example of how to make it personal with a combination of what is important for me privately and at work. I must say working on my own mission statement I was confronted with some points which needed more attention. Writing these things down on paper makes things clear and helped me to make the right choices. I still use the 10 principles it helps me to keep the right direction and avoids getting of track and not changing the old habits. Thanks!”
…for the best birthday present I’ve ever had. I’ve gone from feeling slightly anxious most of the time to understanding where I am (even if it’s not in control). I know that there’s much to do (probably too much) and it’s got to be done every day but I know where to invest my time, and where to stop just spending it. And I’ve lost weight and feel better into the bargain. And even my wife is being nicer to me! It’s a cliché to say that success is a journey, but you’ve given me a map. Thank-you.”
“Feel more powerful and more energy, two weeks ago we had a meeting and I gave a presentation, one day later CEO called and talked with me about future responsibilities, sounds good. I like to say thank you again for the great week in Boston, stay in touch.”
“A lot of things changed and all for the better. I may not not be completely out of the box but the box is a hell of a lot bigger, so big I do not even notice it.”
“This book gives you a practical journey into the sense of direction and destination that motivates people to establish their goals. Mark combines his sport and life experience into his model and turns it into his first book. ‘Being on Mission’ will give you energy and inspiration and will help people get clear on their vision. It makes you think about what matters most!”
“In Being on Mission the lighthouse is a powerful eye opener for your personal change -go for it.”
“as we all know, leaders are found not only in the workplace, but also in our homes and our communities. Being on Mission is a gift to these leaders as well as to those of us who believe that leaders evolve and that leadership is a journey, not a destination. The book is packed with leadership and relationship principles that can be applied by seasoned leaders, as well as by individuals new to being in a leadership role. The lessons learned from reading the book go well beyond what one learns from a typical leadership book.”
